1. PAYMENT AND BOOKINGS

  1. All bookings for mentoring sessions must be made through the UNICOL EDULINK platform.
  2. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm a session.
  3. UNICOL EDULINK will hold the payment until the session is completed and confirmed by the Mentee.
  4. You are responsible for paying the session fees as displayed during booking.
  5. Payment is required before a session begins and is processed securely through the platform.
  6. Session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

2. SESSION BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

  1. Sessions must be booked through the official Unicol EduLink system.
  2. After each session, the Mentee must confirm whether the session was successfully conducted.
  3. If the session is not confirmed within 48 hours, it will be auto-confirmed by the system unless a complaint is lodged.
  4. You must notify the Mentor or platform of any need to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.
  5. Frequent no-shows or cancellations may lead to suspension of your account.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. You must uphold respectful and professional behavior at all times.
  2. You must not share false information or misrepresent yourself on the platform.
  3. You must not engage in inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful communication.
  4. You must not record, distribute, or publish session content without Mentor and platform consent.
  5. You must not solicit personal, financial, or romantic involvement with Mentors.
  6. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate suspension from the platform.

4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

  1. Your personal information will be protected and handled per the Unicol EduLink Privacy Policy.
  2. You must also respect your Mentor's privacy and keep all mentorship communications confidential unless disclosure is legally required.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All materials shared by Mentors are for personal educational use only.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Mentor content without express permission.

6. PLATFORM INTEGRITY

  1. All communication and transactions with Mentors must be conducted through the UNICOL EDULINK platform.
  2. Mentees are prohibited from offering or requesting off-platform transactions or meetings. Violations will lead to account termination.

7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Unicol EduLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  1. You violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
  2. You engage in behavior that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the mentoring experience.
  3. Repeated reports of non-compliance are received.
  4. You may request to deactivate your account at any time by contacting platform support.

8. REFUND POLICY

  1. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the Mentor fails to deliver the session or if a valid complaint is submitted and verified.
  2. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

9. CHANGE OF TERMS

UNICOL EDULINK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
