1. PAYMENT AND COMPENSATION

1. UNICOL EDULINK will pay Mentors 60% of the total amount paid by the Mentee for each completed session.
2. Payments to Mentors will be processed only after the Mentee confirms that the session was successfully conducted.
3. Payment will be verified through the platform's session tracking or feedback mechanism.
4. Mentors will be paid twice a month, at Mid-Month and End-of-Month, for sessions confirmed by Mentees.
5. All payments for services rendered must be exclusively through the UNICOL EDULINK platform. No external payments or financial arrangements are permitted.
6. Mentors are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any tax-related documentation required under local laws.
7. Unicol EduLink reserves the right to withhold payment in the event of disputes, uncompleted sessions, or violations of these Terms.

2. PROHIBITION OF OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS

1. Mentors are strictly prohibited from engaging in or soliciting any form of payment or mentorship-related transaction outside the UNICOL EDULINK platform.
2. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal and permanent removal from the platform, with forfeiture of any pending earnings.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To register as a Mentor, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years old.
2. Have demonstrable expertise, qualifications, or experience in your mentorship area.
3. Submit accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
4. Comply with all applicable laws and ethical standards in your field.

4. ROLE OF THE MENTOR

As a Mentor on Unicol EduLink, you agree to:

1. Provide guidance, advice, and support to mentees in a professional and respectful manner.
2. Offer mentorship that is relevant to the mentee's goals, skills development, and career or academic progression.
3. Maintain confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information shared by mentees.
4. Must deliver sessions punctually, prepare adequately, and provide accurate, respectful, and constructive guidance.
5. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or unprofessional behavior will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Mentors must:

1. Be respectful, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
2. Avoid making false claims or giving misleading advice.
3. Not engage in any form of solicitation, including promoting personal businesses or services unrelated to mentorship.
4. Refrain from engaging in romantic, financial, or exploitative relationships with mentees.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. You must protect the confidentiality of all mentee data, communications, and shared content unless disclosure is required by law.
2. You agree not to record, share, or publish any part of a mentorship session without the mentee's explicit consent.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Any materials you provide during mentorship (documents, presentations, etc.) must be your own or used with proper permission.
2. You grant Unicol EduLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your profile and materials for mentoring operations.

8. PLATFORM OWNERSHIP AND TRANSACTIONS

1. All services rendered through the platform are considered transactions between the Mentee and UNICOL EDULINK, which retains the right to manage, monitor, and review all activities and payments.
2. Mentors acknowledge that UNICOL EDULINK is the sole payment gateway and revenue handler for all mentoring services.

9. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Unicol EduLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your mentor account at its sole discretion if:

1. You violate these Terms or the platform's Code of Conduct.
2. Complaints or evidence of misconduct are received and verified.
3. You fail to remain active or responsive over an extended period.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

UNICOL EDULINK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
